Demolition starts with protection. We isolate work areas, cover pathways, use negative air and HEPA extraction, and deploy wet-cutting techniques to suppress dust while removing tile, mud beds, backer board, or old waterproofing.

Utilities are verified and made safe, fixtures are carefully removed, and debris is hauled off responsibly. Where feasible, materials are recycled, and we maintain clean, navigable spaces throughout the project.

After tear-out, we inspect framing and subfloors, repair deficiencies, perform moisture testing, correct deflection, and re-plane or level surfaces. Substrates are rebuilt with cement backer board or foam board, and floors can be flattened with primers and self-leveling underlayment to meet tile flatness tolerances.
